These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AH Technical Services regarding your use of our technical services in Dubai, UAE. By engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Service Agreement
By engaging AH Technical Services, you agree to these terms and conditions
Our services include AC repair, plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting, and other technical services
All services are provided in accordance with UAE regulations and industry standards
Service availability is subject to technician availability and scheduling
Emergency services are available 24/7 with additional charges
Pricing and Payment
Service charges are based on the type of work, materials used, and time required
Quotes provided are estimates and final charges may vary based on actual work performed
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed
We accept cash, bank transfer, and digital payment methods
Additional charges may apply for emergency services, weekend work, or after-hours calls
Scheduling and Cancellation
Appointments are scheduled based on availability and confirmed via phone or WhatsApp
We strive to arrive within the agreed time window but delays may occur due to traffic or previous appointments
Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled appointment
Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a service charge
Rescheduling is subject to availability and may require additional waiting time
Warranties and Guarantees
We provide a warranty on our workmanship for a period specified at the time of service
Warranty covers defects in our work but not normal wear and tear or misuse
Parts and materials are covered by manufacturer warranties where applicable
Warranty claims must be reported within the specified warranty period
Warranty does not cover damage caused by customer negligence or third parties
Liability and Insurance
AH Technical Services carries appropriate insurance for our operations
Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided
We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or hidden defects
Customers are responsible for providing safe working conditions
Any damage to customer property will be assessed and addressed according to our insurance policy
Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about the service requirements
- Ensure safe access to work areas
- Be present or designate an authorized representative during service
- Make timely payments as agreed
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai.
